The Natural but Unusual Properties of Stones

Our 37th annual Rock and Gem Show and Sale titled, Supernatural Stones, the Natural but Unusual Properties of Stone, took place October 24th and 25th from 10am to 5pm both days at Kyle Centre in Port Moody.

We were excited to welcome Jennifer Moore and Glowhounds as our special guest exhibitor. Jennifer won an award for her fluorescent mineral display in Kelso, Washington earlier in 2015, and shared this award winning display with guests at our show.

Our central club display featured a collection of rocks - rough and polished - with light effects. A display of free form obsidian stones was also well received.
